:DSleep, LLC offers a 30 day money back guarantee (less a $50 restocking fee) of purchase price if devices returned in original condition and postmark is within 30 days of customer receipt of receiving original purchase. Please make sure a delivery confirmation service is used if returning a device back to :DSleep, LLC. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. If the device is damaged, no refund will be processed. It typically takes 4 to 6 weeks to process a refund after we receive the returned device. If you do not receive your money back within six weeks please contact :DSleep, LLC.

Returning your Device

If you have already spoken to a :DSleep, LLC representative and have been advised to send the device to :DSleep, LLC for repair or replacement, please do the following:

We strongly recommend you use delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for lost package if there is no confirmation that we received it.

The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping the product back. We will cover the cost repair or replacement as well as standard ground shipping of the repaired or replaced product back to you. We will overnight the device back to you for an additional charge at the current USPS priority Mail express rate

Please include a note your package stating what is wrong with the product and please specifically if you would like the device repaired/replaced or if you are returning the device for a refund. Please include your contact information.
